Dunkery Lodge Booking Terms and Conditions

Customers making a room availability enquiry, whether in writing, by Web (using the form above), by E-mail or by telephone are under no obligation to take up or pay for any accommodation offered.

Customers making a room reservation whether in writing, by Web or E-mail or by telephone are considered to have made a contract with Dunkery Lodge to take up the accommodation reserved for them, whether or not a deposit has been made prior to the reservation date.

Customers who are unable to take up the accommodation should contact Dunkery Lodge at the earliest opportunity to cancel the reservation.

Provided sufficient notice has been given, then at the discretion of Dunkery Lodge, a deposit already made may be returned, less any costs.

Where no deposit has been taken for a cancelled room reservation, at the discretion of Dunkery Lodge, a booking cancellation fee may be charged.

Customers who do not take up the accommodation prepared for them at Dunkery Lodge and who do not contact Dunkery Lodge in advance to cancel the booking or to explain their absence, will be considered liable for the full amount of the reservation made.
